S += He!!
Wondering about the title?? Do you remember C or C++. For those who are familiar with the C language may have no confusion about the title. For those who are new what I mean is ' She =He'. I wanted to express my views on gender equality. Here is what I feel.. Did anyone have problems with your mom or dad? Never. Then why we have problems with opposite gender of same age group?? Sometimes we try to dominate each other, sometimes we hate each other sometimes we try to abuse them. Why?? Today in India We see many cases on women abuse. These are due to lac of communication between the opposite genders. This creates discomfort among the opposite genders and lead to many unfortunate situations. A healthy competition between them is good for their development but too much of this creates domination and hatred. India had witnessed several social evils like child marriages, sati, girl infanticides etc. All these are due to disrespect on women. Unfortunately some of these social evils are still in practice and new one's have also emerged. There is a need to drive these social evils from our society. This can only happen when we don't try and dominate each other but unite and revolt against these social evils. Upcoming generations should be taught respecting the opposite gender and should create a friendly atmosphere where we could see equality. Especially in schools the differences in boys and girls should be avoided. We also should change our attitude when we see people of opposite genders spending time. Only understanding each other can avoid anti social ideas in their mind, this can only happen on spending time with each other. I saw many parents, teachers do not want their children talking with opposite genders. They see this as if they have committed crime. This is the reason why most of the young mind's try to hide their relationships from their parents. I don't blame the parents or teachers but it is the society which created a gap between us. This mindset should be removed and a friendly atmosphere should be maintained between the opposite genders. Let me share an incident... Last year during the time of a fest one of my friend practicing a drama with his seniors as the have to perform the same on the stage later on that day. Unfortunately in a scene there happened to be a boy and three girls. Let me say you the characters also boy, his mother, two sisters. More over my friend and those seniors are like that of siblings so close to each other. They are practicing the scene, suddenly a faculty came and slapped my friend and said what are doing? I don't know what he was thinking? We never complained about him to higher officials as we understood his mindset. He was brought up like that, It is not his mistake. This is due to lac of understanding. When I said shared the same with my professor he said me an other incident, one of his colleague always cursed boys and girls when he saw them together not directly but within himself. My professor asked him why did he do so. He replied that he never spoke with a girl in his college life as they are fined if they talk to opposite gender. This created a wrong idea in his mind that talking to a opposite gender is a crime. It is not his fault. The management of the college has to be blamed for this. I saw many colleges and schools still creating the gap between the opposite genders. This may cause severe imbalance in the society. I request those institutions to create friendly atmosphere among them and maintain the status of equality. Let us respect the opposite genders and maintain peace in our society. This will help to take one more step further for our country in maintaining our cultural heritage. Jai Hind. Satyamevajayate.

Love your Child? #Respect their DREAMS...
All the parents love their kids except some odd ones. Is it not? The answer is obviously 'Yes'. Our parents are read y to sacrifice any thing for us. They leave their joy and happiness and try to see the same in their child. Some times they are even ready to sacrifice their livelihood for the sake of their loved ones. Especially in our country the relationships are given more importance which is one of the reason for unique culture which made our country an ambassador of human relations. Such true relation ships are becoming victims of hatred feelings arising among the members of single family. This is due to the lac of understanding between the family members. There is a huge communication gap between the parents and children especially in urban areas because of the busy schedule of the parents. Many parents are likely to send their children to hostels for education at a very young age, not to blame them, it is may be because of the busy schedule but most important thing that they need at that age is Parent's Love and Guidance to build their character . More over they should maintain a close relationship such that they share every thing that encounter in their lives. These days kids are quite different they are likely to share things with their friends rather than with their parents. This is due to the increasing communication gap between them. Sometimes Children are prone to evil practices such as smoking, drinking and sometimes victims of dangerous drugs. Some parents in order to control their child they impose several restrictions on them, finally result in the rise of hatred feelings. In some cases due to severe pressure from home and educational institutions they may commit suicides. I saw many people who are so much restricted at home finally when they get freedom in the engineering they misuse it. Understanding your child mentality and to guide him according to it is the most important aspect that a parent should take care. Parents may control their children by restrictions sometimes but it may result in comfortableness and hatred in the young minds. I saw students in 10 std loosing their valuable career due to many distractions. Some of them have neither respect towards their parents nor love due to the restrictions that they have imposed. The only complete solution is to make their kids understand the LOVE and CARE that they show on them so that they never cross their limits. They are parents who try to impose their dreams into the life of their loved ones, they never care about their interests, this is very wrong practice, may be they want their child to play safe but they need to respect their ideas and if they are on a wrong track they may try and convince them but finally they should allow their kids to do what they wanted to do. I think the key to success is interest and dedication which is only achieved only when one does what he wanted to do. I saw many sad students who ruined their career by choosing a wrong group in engineering as they are forced to do. Who knows they might have performed better if they had taken what they wanted. I saw engineers who never wanted to be so, saw children who loves sports never allowed to play, saw artists gave up their talent, saw athletes who are forced to work sitting in front of computers . May be INDIA is no where near China and USA in Olympic medals tally because our athletes are running in our country for their dream to become true. Paying tribute to my parents who supported me to chose my career, my goal and always on my side in my hard times I SALUTE THEM. Hope all the parents try and understand their children and making our country a heaven of relationships. Jai Hind. Satyamevajayate.

Mental Drugs
Are you surprised with the title? We all know about the drug addiction which has become a problem to the nation. Recently our beloved PM Shri Narendra Modi ji has also given a inspirational lecture on prevention of drugs and the losses incurred due to the use of drugs. The drugs which I am going to talk about are entirely different from those but may have same effect. Wondered what are these drugs?? They are LAN games and social networking sites. These have become a part of the daily routine of the youth. The real challenging sports like hockey, cricket, football and indoor games like chess, caroms lost their importance. Youth are more likely to spend their time on social networking sites and LAN games than on real play grounds. They are more interested in messaging than actually speaking with the people around them. When I am in first year of my engineering I neither have any PC nor I know about the social networking sites. That's when I first saw people don't even bother talking to the people around them but they are more interested in messaging people online. May be i might have even addicted to these drugs if I had a laptop those days. As it is the first year I had friends who are like me. Slowly a year passed and next year slowly more became victims to those drugs, they bunked classes, exams, finally ruined their lives. They are still struggling to clear their backlogs and get a job to survive the next 60 years. Who's to blame? No one except themselves. They are so addicted that their daily routine is like Get up-game-eat-game-sleep. Some of even sacrificed their food. I saw people fasting on the name of God from which you may get hope to tackle your problems but these are fasting for worthless games by which we get problems but neither solutions nor hope to tackle. I am disappointed to see people of very young age groups such as 10 - 16 and above are also being the victims of these dangerous drugs. The age between 10-16 years is very precious and should used for acquiring knowledge, fitness and to build your character. Some of the games and articles on social networking sites had a great impact on these young minds most of the cases it is a negative impact. I accept that we can gain something by using these social networking sites and PC games but at what cost? At the cost of our Career? Character?...So we need to be on our control. We are human beings and we should respect our tasks and relations and never be a victim or addicted to something. My sincere request to parents is encourage them to play in play grounds not the play stations. We also play cricket, football on streets at least if not in play grounds but not in PC's. To an extent it is good to get entertainment but under control. Let us be under our own control not under anything or anyone. Jai Hind. Satyamevajayate.

An Orator is gifted with the strength of building one's character. We should be able to develop the skill of conveying our ideas in a way not only making them understand but also in a convincing manner. We can also inspire and ignite others with our words. Let us not utter words that hurt others and pay tribute to the greatest leaders of the nation who inspired us fighting for the nation and building our nation. Jai Hind. Satyamevajate.

My Attitude ( A Student's Thought)
Have you ever played games? What do you mean games? Sports?? PC games? In our days that is when i was in school we are addicted to play grounds and parks may be due to the fact that we did not have a computer at home. We used to play cricket, foot ball, Hockey every possible sport with our own rules not to become professionals in any one of these but for mere passing time. Along with entertainment we used to gain a lot of physical strength. Our previous generation are even more stronger because they used to take a lot of physical work. Now, just five years passed since I left the school there is a huge difference in our(Student's) attitude, in the way we do things. Today most of kids are addicted to mobile games, computer games. They brought playgrounds into 14" 15" inch screens I have seen students failing in the examination due to these intellectual games(So called by my friends). I have seen people suffering from severe frustration playing these games. From 2 year old kid to a father who was recently blessed with a kid I have seen different people of various age groups addicted to these.I came across a kid who didn't start to walk, run in Temple Run and his father is training him to run.I often wonder whether to feel happy on seeing some of their fast learning skills or sad that they are missing actual fun on grounds, parks etc. School timings also drastically changed, I used to have school from morning 9 to 4 pm and then compulsory games from 4 to 6 pm daily. Same school now have school timings from 7 am to 7 pm. Syllabus remained same more over the final exam(10th std) is now easier as it followed grading system rather than marks. I wonder what they achieve being in the same class room 12 hrs a day. I have heard modern teachers talking about all round development of a student, I wanted to stress them that all round development means development and building an individual character along with academics and building character can only be achieved only through sports and games. All round development doesn't mean that a student studies 7,8,9,10 syllabus in 7th standard itself. This only builds pressure on the student. Our education system has designed according to the potential of the students so that they could study prescribed syllabus every year and gain the objective of real Education. Students also tend to read important questions rather than to try and understand the real motto behind the topics they study. They should understand that education is not just for passing or scoring marks in the examination, It is to enhance the human capabilities and to develop the feeling of nation, fraternity and to destroy the social barriers like caste systems to promote equality. Generally I have a habit of interacting with people of different age groups, I came across a student who said to me that he didn't know the importance of preamble of Indian Constitution as it was not a important question. Another case is that I have seen several elders(Educated) exercise their vote to the one who belonged to their caste but never think who's the deserved one. These both cases are of two different backgrounds but they have a common backdrop, former does not try to understand the importance of Education and later, Education is of no use both may be literates according to stats but actually are illiterates worst than the people who are deprived of Education. These are the fact in my society and written not to hurt anyone's feeling but just to understand the importance of Education with values and save the Nation's dream of achieving real Development.
